My husband and I were lucky enough to spend our pre-honeymoon at Anasa Retreat and our stay was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the charm of the village and some of the kindest, most hospitable locals we met during our travels. The cottage itself was even more stunning than the photos — if that's possible.

Secluded at the end of a quiet road, the property opens up to expansive views and a beautifully decorated, impeccably clean cottage. It featured a fully equipped kitchen, multiple bedroom options, a private pool, and a large-screen TV that my husband happily made use of. Our favorite detail was the bedroom we chose, which had large doors opening directly onto a private patio and pool — perfect for enjoying Greek wine while soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

The grounds are truly exceptional, set against a breathtaking natural backdrop that we loved exploring each morning with a cup of coffee in hand. The estate is thoughtfully maintained and offers the opportunity to appreciate native trees and local plant life, adding to the sense of tranquility and connection to the landscape.

Just a short drive from the water, the cottage is ideally located near some of the best seafood and gelato we've ever had. We highly recommend making the drive down the mountain, parking near the coast, and wandering — don't miss the Greek salad, which you'll find on nearly every menu and is absolutely worth ordering.
