Thank you for choosing Anasa Retreat Crete. We are delighted to host you and hope your stay brings peace, inspiration, and lasting memories.

Property Details

Anasa Retreat Crete is by Douliana village, Apokoronas, Chania, Crete. The property is a villa with mountain views, both a Mediterranean garden and forestland, an infinity pool and a hot tub.

Hosts

Your hosts, Marianna and Martin, live locally and manage the villa. They will assist with check-in and support you throughout your stay.

Check-In & Guest Info

• Check-in: 16:00 | Check-out: 10:00
• Provide arrival details and guest passport info at least one week before arrival.
• Early/late check-in may be arranged in writing.

Transportation & Services

• Airport transfers and car rentals available on request.
• Optional services: private chef, grocery stocking, cleaning. Private chefs are high in demand, be early. For any food related requests we need to know special diets and allergies minimum a week ahead

Rental Conditions

• No smoking indoors. Designated outdoor areas only.
• No pets unless agreed in writing.
• Guests are responsible for safety and valuables.
• Lock windows/doors and turn off appliances when leaving.
• Supervise children near pool and terraces.

Security Deposit

A €500 refundable deposit held for 7 days post-checkout. Covers damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning.

Payment & Cancellation

• 50% due at booking, 50% due 60 days before arrival.
• Cancellation >60 days: 80% refund or full credit.
• Cancellation <60 days: non-refundable.
• Travel insurance is recommended.

Occupancy & Use

• Guest count must match booking confirmation.
• No subletting or false bookings.
• White towels for indoor use only.
• Use air conditioning responsibly (24°C+).
• Use designated bins for toilet paper and other sanitary items.
• No lifeguard on duty - keep children supervised and use pool at your own risk.

Final Notes

By confirming your reservation and paying the deposit, you agree to these terms. We look forward to welcoming you to Anasa Retreat Crete - your home under the Cretan sun.
